EasyHustleAI provides an AI-powered resume analysis and optimization tool. We offer both free features and paid subscriptions (such as the 24-hour Rewrite Pass). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts & Payments

• You may need to provide an email address to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Paid services like the 24-hour Rewrite Pass are non-refundable once the service has been accessed or used, except as required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass our rate limits or paywalls.
• Upload malicious files or code (e.g., viruses) when using our PDF extraction tool.
• Resell or redistribute our AI-generated resume content as a commercial service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. While our AI aims to improve your resume's ATS compatibility, we do not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or any specific employment outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EasyHustleAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
